summer Speed and Agility Training (night)
This is standard speed and agility training, focusing on building a base and correcting mechanics while introducing new movements.
$85/session - sign up weekly
Sessions run on Monday thru Thursday NIGHTS from 6:15PM to 7:30PM!
Location: Community Fields at Nutting Rd in Westford, MA.

Monday - SpeeD
- Focus on improving sprinting mechanics, linear speed and power!
tuesday- agility
- Focus on improving change of direction and body control
Wednesday - Test/Recovery
- Timing day and let the body heal after two days of hard work.
Thursday - Competition
- Have fun competing against our friends and working as a team through relay races!

Private 1-on-1 Sessions
This 1-on-1 training is the most extensive and in-depth type of training. Designed for an athlete who is looking for individualized attention, this training is for athletes who want to focus on specific areas to strengthen them in their sport and position. Sessions are 30 - 45 minutes long.
For Athletes in 9th grade and older.
Buy a package of sessions that allow you more flexibility based on your schedule.
* All pre-paid training packages are non refundable, except for special circumstances (moving out of town, illness, etc.)

February vacation speed camp
This 4-day speed training camp that is perfect to help athletes develop speed and prepare for their spring sports.
February 28 from 5 - 6
March 1 from 6 - 7

March 3 from 6 - 7
Cost: $85 for the week

Semi Private (1 - 5 athletes)
Bring a friend or some teammates and improve together! Semi private setting allows more immediate focus and can be tailored to sport specific movement. Sessions are 1 hour long.
Each session is $30/athlete.
Team Evaluation
This team evaluation is for coaches to gain a better understanding of the fitness level of their team, set team and individual goals, and properly place players in their correct positions. Overall, it is a great team cohesion and confidence building tool to set your athletes up for a great season.
Tests include:

Each evaluation is $10/athlete.
