summer Speed and Agility Training (night)

This is standard speed and agility training, focusing on building a base and correcting mechanics while introducing new movements. 

$85/session - sign up weekly

Sessions run on Monday thru Thursday NIGHTS from 6:15PM to 7:30PM!

Location: Community Fields at Nutting Rd in Westford, MA.

Session 1: 6/27/22 - 6/30/22

Session 2: 7/5/22 - 7/8/22

Session 3: 7/11/22 - 7/14/22

Session 4: 7/18/22 - 7/21/22

Session 5: 8/1/22 - 8/4/22

Session 6: 8/8/22 - 8/11/22

Session 8: 8/22/22 - 8/25/22

Monday - SpeeD

- Focus on improving sprinting mechanics, linear speed and power!

tuesday- agility

- Focus on improving change of direction and body control

Wednesday - Test/Recovery

- Timing  day and let the body heal after two days of hard work.

Thursday - Competition

- Have fun competing against our friends and working as a team through relay races!

Private 1-on-1 Sessions

This 1-on-1 training is the most extensive and in-depth type of training. Designed for an athlete who is looking for individualized attention, this training is for athletes who want to focus on specific areas to strengthen them in their sport and position. Sessions are 30 - 45 minutes long.

For Athletes in 9th grade and older.

Buy a package of sessions that allow you more flexibility based on your schedule. 

* All pre-paid training packages are non refundable, except for special circumstances (moving out of town, illness, etc.)

Trial Session: $20

1 Session: $60

 

4 Sessions: $200

6 Sessions: $240

8 Sessions: $300

 

10 Sessions: $350

preseason sprinters program

Do you want to be a better sprinter? Do you want this season to be your best? This is the training program that will help you get faster and reach your goals.

To be a successful all-around sprinter, you have to train FAST! If you are looking to take yourself to the next level as an athlete, this is the training plan for you!

In this program you get:
- 8 weeks of quality workouts for sprinters from 55m - 400m
- acceleration, speed, and speed endurance
- video links for warm ups and sessions
- training that is designed to get you fast and ready for the upcoming season

Price: $30

Semi Private (1 - 5 athletes)

Bring a friend or some teammates and improve together! Semi private setting allows more immediate focus and can be tailored to sport specific movement. Sessions are 1 hour long.
 
Each session is $30/athlete.
