DJ Brock was born and resides in Acton, Massachusetts. He attended Springfield College and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelors Degree in Youth Development and a Minor in Coaching. While in college, DJ was on both the soccer and track teams. On the track, DJ was named 2nd Team All-Conference for NEWMAC and two-time All-New England finalist in the Long Jump. He was awarded Team Rookie of the Year as a freshman and named captain his senior year.
As a 2008 graduate of Acton-Boxborough Regional High School, DJ was captain for both the soccer and track teams. He was a goalkeeper on the soccer team and was a sprinter and jumper for the track team. DJ was named 1st Team Dual County League All-Star for both sports, as well as Team MVP for Track.
DJ is a coach for Acton-Boxborough Regional High School's track and field team, where since 2017 he has helped the team win 5 Dual County League Championships. DJ has also coached 1 MA Middle School Champion, 7 Division 1 MA Champions, 5 All-State Champions, 1 New England Champion, and 10 All-Americans. He has coached 52 Dual County League All-Stars, and 6 Boston Globe All-Scholastics.
DJ trained to make the USA Olympic Bobsled team. He also donates his time coaching the Westford Junior Ghosts Pop Warner Football Team.
Impact Speed and Agility training sessions help improve an athlete's speed, agility, and explosiveness. From second grade to college, athletes of all ages can benefit from DJ's training. By teaching important fundamentals and proper movement through drills, participants learn the skills that enable them to take their game to the next level.

Improved first step and changing direction speed
Faster 40 yard dash time

More explosive power due to the use of plyometrics and sled drills

40 yard dash: 0.21 second drop
L Drill: 0.37 second drop
Illinois Test: 1.04 second drop
Broad Jump: 9.3 inch increase
*based off average improvements of athletes with 4+ weeks of training
